Great place to live, very close to Long Beach Island and Atlantic City. Also Manhattan is a stone throw away from toms River bus terminal, so is Philadelphia

I visited almost every over 55 community in NJ and scored everyone. Greenbriar was by far the best value and most friendly of all. I have been here for 9 years and I still feel I made the right decision. It is like heaven on earth. PS - I do not golf but I know several golfers and they tell me the golfing is really good.
