Kind of "dumpy". Way to expensive for its location.(in the back of a parking lot in a strip mall ). "Shady" people. The lady at thefront was very nice. You can get a room cheaper on the beach/boardwalk.

I was visiting a friend. The room wasdirty and bathroom was full of mold. There were holes in the wall. Will not stay there.
Front desk staff and maintenance was very friendly but there's cockroaches, ripped beds, moldy bathrooms, the chair had strange brown stains on the butt area, the light wiring was taped together, the wall has a hole in it, and there's no coffee pot or HBO (there's a VCR tho). The pool itself is okay but all the pool furniture was jammed inside the gazebo. This place needs to be remodeled, updated and sprayed for bugs.
Well, there's nothing flattering to say about the place. It's clean-ish, the staff is friendly.
