Time has forgotten about Brookville Campground.. This was my 3rd season here.. So laid back and quiet.. A great get away and so close to S.I.N.Y.. 1:20 minutes..
It's an absolutely beautiful campground, very open space with a lake and a pool. But there are definitely cons. No laundry area for seasonal people, for one. Also, the owner, Thea, is very rude and very impolite. She has a very nasty and very sarcastic attitude with customers and seems as though she is under the influence. My husband told her each of our license plate numbers for the tags to hang in our windshield and one of the men read them off to her also and she wrote both of them down wrong. Definitely not coming back here again. This would be an amazing place for a camping trip if only there were better management here.
Stayed here for only one night and loved it. The site was very open easily accessible. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was very refreshing and clean. I definantly plan on coming back next summer
Just arrived to find Thea very friendly. Took us on her golf cart to check out the available sites for our pop up. Seasonal sites nestled in the trees. Beautiful lake and grounds. Very clean facilities. Bring what you need. No camp store.
